Good night - Sleep tight

A blend of calming, soothing and meditative essential oils, to help your body and mind relax in preparation for a restful night’s sleep. Keep on your bedside table to use before you nod off, and for those who wake in the night, to help calm the mind and drift towards sleep. 

Apply to pulse points, such as the wrists and neck, and inhale with meditative breaths. A couple of drops can be placed on your bedclothes, away from the eyes. For an even more powerful application, when in bed, place a few drops on the souls of your feet!

Prunus dulcis (Sweet Almond oil), Lavandula angustifiola (Lavender essential oil), Anthemis nobilis (Chamomile essential oil), Boswellia carteri (Frankincense essential oil), Citrus aurantium (Neroli essential oil).

For external use only. Keep out of the reach of children, animals and away from the eyes. Not for use in pregnancy. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Store in a cool dry place away from direct light sources.
